We wanted a pet again. Not a chatbot pretending to be a person, and not a cloud subscription that owns our memories. Just a small creature living on our computer, learning our rhythms over weeks, and staying ours.
So we built Nido: an AI tamagotchi for adults. It hatches from an egg, evolves over seven days, and grows a personality from your conversations. The model runs locally, which means your words never leave your machine.
